Dani believes in simplifying the legal process for her clients, empowering them to make informed business decisions while minimizing legal costs.

Dani’s practice is focused on innovative products and solutions rather than billable hours. She offers various solutions-based packages designed to cover everything from Employee & HR needs to Capital Raises. Unlike traditional law firms, Dani has no billable hour requirements for her attorneys. This removes the pressure to work round-the-clock racking up fees, and results in better, more cost-effective solutions for her clients.

Prior to founding Fontanesi Law Firm / Advisory, Dani was in the M&A / Capital Markets team of an internationally reputed law firm.

Dani’s in-house experience includes serving as Associate General Counsel of a multibillion dollar, publicly traded company. She was also lead in-house counsel of an Andreessen Horowitz backed tech company in San Francisco. Dani has had a distinguished legal career, beginning in 2007 when she was awarded the Scholar in Law Award, a $90,000 merit-based scholarship, from a top tier law school.  Since then, Dani has focused her career helping businesses of all sizes navigate their legal risk -- from startups to multinationals.

Dani believes that a company’s success can be reflected by the investors it attracts. Dani’s clients are backed by the same VCs that launched Facebook, Twitter, Netflix, Instacart, Google, Apple, OfferUp, Robinhood, LinkedIn, Stripe, Oracle, Okta, WhatsApp, DoorDash, Instacart, Airbnb, Lyft, Pinterest, and Carta. Dani views each of her clients as a partner, and she helps them grow and scale in a way that’s best for their unique circumstances.
